Baratti Lobe Blowers

A range of quality manufactured compact Roots style blowers that are a dry running positive displacement pump. Utilizing a unique patented discharge system that avoids pulsations commonly noticed in other brands of twin lobe blower, the Baratti is able to produce a reduced pulsation similar to that of a Tri-lobe blower whilst retaining only twin lobes. The patented design allows for greater performance from a more compact design and results in less power requirement, higher compression ratios and a wider turn down range of the blower. The Baratti blowers have no oil or grease in the compression chamber so will not contaminate the air or gas as it flows through the compression chamber. The gearbox and bearings lubricated by oil are separated from the pumping chamber. The Baratti blowers are available with a range of seal types that makes them compatible with hazardous gases and positive inlet pressures. They can also be manufactured with a protective coating to protect against corrosion etc.
